Building Process
1
Consultation
Meet with our clients either at our office or your place to discuss your brief & budget.
2
Design
After meeting with you, our architectural designer will come up with a design that meets your brief & budget.
3
Contract
Once we have finalised a design and the conceptual design has been approved by the client and signed off a small non-refundable fee will be incurred to allow DNA Homes to develop the plans further and prepare pricing. The fee will be deducted from the construction price and will be itemised in the pricing documentation.
4
Building Consent
Contract has now been signed, DNA will now send all required documentation to the council to gain a building consent.
5
Construction
The plans have now been consented and the constructions begins.
During the construction period our project manager will arrange onsite meetings with you at different stages of the build and meeting of our subcontractors.
6
Handing over the keys
Handing over the keys is a very exciting time for you. Once you and DNA are happy with your new home and final payment has been made, our project manager will meet you onsite and hand over the keys.
