Company Director, Project Manager and qualified Carpenter with over 22 years’ experience. Don has a Trade Certificate in carpentry and is a Licence Building Practitioner with the Department of Building and Housing. Don has a passion for construction and a light-hearted yet professional approach to his clients ensuring open-ended communication is paramount. Don’s success has been based on good communication skills and the ability to solve construction challenges without compromising design or budget. Don enjoys boating, golfing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
Andrew Lill
Company Director
Company Director, Project Manager and qualified Architectural Technician. Andrew has gained experience from working with Architects, Consulting Engineers, design and build companies and a Building Consultancy company in Christchurch over the past 18 years. Architectural design and documentation, including new house designs, alterations and remedial design for leaky buildings are just some of Andrew’s experience. Andrew has a New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology and is a Licenced Building Practitioner with the Department of Building and Housing. Andrew enjoys fishing, mountain biking, hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
